Niall graduated with a Bachelor’s in Veterinary Medicine from University College Dublin in 1987 and worked in the Thoroughbred industry, both in racing & stud medicine. His specialist area of interest was in equine sports medicine & racetrack practice, and he worked in Australia, UK, Dubai & Hong Kong over the years. Niall completed an MBA in International Business with Murdoch University in 1996 and returned to Ireland in 1999.
Niall took a position with Goodbody Stockbrokers in 1999 and built up a strong franchise within the Wealth Management division over 23 years and was appointed a Director in August 2020.
Niall has had several non-Executive roles in the pharma/veterinary sectors and is currently acting as Chairperson for a JV between UCD & private industry.
Niall joined RBC Brewin Dolphin as a Divisional Director Investment Management in February 2023. His client relationships are focused on the High-Net-Worth sector encompassing private individuals & families, corporates, trusts, pension funds and charities.
